The company that Inspires me the Most!

So, Hello everyone I'm Aman Janwani a 15-year-old Web Developer from India 🇮🇳, Currently studying in Grade 11th.

Let's start with a New Topic Which company inspires me the most?

So, as you all know I'm from INDIA 🇮🇳, so I choose an Indian Company. basically not a single company it's a Group.

TATA Group

Yes, That Tata which is much famous for steel manufacture,

Let's First see the story of the Tata Group.

Tata Group was started in 1868 by Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata as a trading company with a capital of rupees 21,000. then he built Taj Mahal Hotel on December 16, 1903.

After Jamsetji Tata his older son Sir Dorabji Tata took over his father's grand vision for India to Life. in 1907, Dorabji first established TATA Iron & Steel Company (Now Known as TATA Steel) also the same year he established his first oversea office in London beginning the group's global ambition.

Then in 1909, "The Indian institute of science" was established through the vision of JN Tata, 5 years after his death & completed one more dream of his father to bring clean energy to Mumbai by establishing western India's First hydro plan, this was a time when TATA Power Born.

Then in 1929, 24-year-old JRD Tata receives the first pilot license in India, In 1923 starting off TATA Airlines (now Air India) also donated all his wealth (10 million Rupees) the same year Sir Dorab Passed Away.

Then, Group Rapid's business expansion continues with the establishment of TATA Engineering & Locomotive By 2003, it is rechristened Tata Motors. then in 1968, India's first software services company, Tata Consultancy Services ushered in a new era (Today, it is a truly global enterprise with a presence in 46 countries).

Then in 1982, Tata Group accelerated its international expansion with the acquisition of St. James court in London UK, two years after the company's first international hotel in Yemen. Next year Tata Chemical Changes the way India consumes Salt I think at least every Indian has eaten TATA Salt "Desh Ka Namak".

Then JRD Tata Steps Down as Chairman and Ratna N Tata took over Under Ratna Tata company grows into a $ 100 billion enterprise.

Then many things happened After like:

• Tata Launched Roga women's watches with Fastrack for the youth Market.
• Tata Tea acquires the iconic, (Tetley group's second largest tea brand, globally).
• TCS is the first Indian software company to cross one billion dollars in revenues.
• Then Croma, TATA Sky, Tata Steel Europe, nano (people's car), etc

This was just an intro 😂, Tata is much more than this

1. My favorite quote which Ratna Tata said was :

   "I don't believe in taking the right decisions, I Take the decision and then prove them right"

2. No matter where you come from, no matter how much money you have, no matter how much experience you have just do what you want to you will gain experience and will be successful.

3. Never Stop! I have seen many times someone just archive some small goal and then they just stop working hard that is totally wrong decision, if you wanna really get successful or want to do something big just keep working hard & hard (of course in the right direction).

4. Belive, Yes Believe in your goals, Yes Believe in YourSelf, Yes Believe in your Dreams, if you will not believe in your goals so no one other will nobody cares for your goals/dreams.
